Mill Wines nace en 2019 como un proyecto impulsado por la pasión por el vino y el respeto profundo por la tierra. En el corazón de la Ribera del Duero, entre viñedos que marcan el ritmo de las estaciones, comienza una historia construida con paciencia, cuidado y una manera honesta de entender el vino.
Al frente de la bodega está Santiago Ortiz, bodeguero y alma del proyecto, cuya visión une conocimiento, sensibilidad y experiencia. Cada vendimia, cada decisión y cada vino parten de una misma idea: escuchar al viñedo y dejar que la uva exprese su origen sin prisas ni artificios.
La selección cuidadosa del fruto, el respeto por los tiempos de fermentación y crianza, y una elaboración artesanal dan lugar a vinos con identidad propia, capaces de contar su historia en cada copa.
Mill Wines es más que una bodega: es una forma de vivir el vino con cercanía, autenticidad y emoción, pensada para quienes valoran el origen, el proceso y el placer de disfrutarlo sin prisas.
